He joined Morgan Stanley in 2018 and is based in NShow more...ew York. Geoff is responsible for deal origination and developing relationships with intermediaries, business owners, and industry executives.Previously, he held a deal execution role at Wellspring Capital, a New York based middle market private equity fund, prior to forming and leading their business development function. He began his career at Citigroup in both the Industrials Investment Banking and Leveraged Finance divisions. Geoff holds a B.A. in Economics from Vanderbilt University.

Rohan joined Morgan Stanley Capital Partners (MSCPShow more...) in 2022. Prior to joining Morgan Stanley, Rohan was an Associate Partner at Bain & Company where he led value creation programs for private equity backed companies, with an emphasis on commercial acceleration and go-to-market development. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of Fairway Lawns. Rohan holds a B.Com from Delhi University and an MBA from Kellogg School of Management.

Sharveen joined Morgan Stanley Capital Partners (MShow more...SCP) in 2019. Sharveen was a Senior Engagement Manager at McKinsey (2014-2019) where she focused on Strategy and Growth Transformation Advisory. Prior to McKinsey, Sharveen was an Associate at Goldman Sachs (2008-2012) within their Commodities Power and Natural Gas business. Sharveen holds a B.S. and M.S. from Florida Institute of Technology and an MBA from Columbia Business School.

Wight joined Morgan Stanley in 2019 and was previoShow more...usly a Principal at The Carlyle Group where she led portfolio operations for the Carlyle Equity Opportunity Funds. Prior to Carlyle, Ms. Wight was with Goldman Sachs, where she led the Portfolio Operations team for the Special Situations Group. Earlier in her career, Ms. Wight held various positions at GSC Partners, Bain & Company and Marakon Associates. Ms. Wight serves on the board of directors for FoodScience, Impact Fitness, US HealthConnect, SpendMend and Nivel Parts & Manufacturing and previously served on the board of directors of Manna Pro. Ms. Wight holds a B.A. from Yale University and received an M.B.A., with distinction, from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.

James joined Morgan Stanley Capital Partners (MSCPShow more...) in 2015 after completing graduate school. Prior to joining Morgan Stanley, he was an Associate at Court Square Capital (from 2011 to 2013), an Associate at Arrowhead Mezzanine (from 2009 to 2011) and an Analyst in the Investment Banking Group of J.P. Morgan (from 2007 to 2009).
